WhizzStreamer connects the way a new team member would: as a user of your shop.
The login address is unique to your workspace, and each shop gets its own browser profile on our side. WhizzStreamer only reads the LIVE analysis pages; it never changes anything in your shop. To disconnect, remove the user in Seller Centre (or pause the shop in WhizzStreamer).
The shop pauses and shows Needs a person. Open Settings › TikTok Shop › Open live view: you'll see the page exactly as our browser does and can complete the check by clicking and typing on it. The sync then carries on. We never try to solve or get round TikTok's checks automatically.
Once WhizzStreamer's own TikTok Partner Center app is approved, shops will also be able to connect through TikTok's authorisation screen. The sub-user connection stays available either way.
Its LIVEs can't be matched until the brand is linked to a connected shop (Settings › TikTok Shop, then Brands › Edit). Bookings, briefs and billing still work; metrics show "–" until then. We never estimate them.
Same brand, overlapping the slot, starting up to 45 minutes early or ending up to 45 minutes late. If the booking names a TikTok account, only LIVEs on that account count. A LIVE spanning two bookings (a handover) is split by minutes. You can link or unlink any LIVE by hand.
TikTok's LIVE analytics run about a day behind. The booking fills in when TikTok publishes the day.
Where viewers came from is on each LIVE's detail page in Seller Centre. The connector reads the LIVE list today and doesn't open each detail page yet, so viewer sources show N/A with that reason. We never estimate them.
Calendar › Google Calendar creates a private link for Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. It's shown once; revoke it if it leaks.
Owners create read-only keys in Settings › API. Send Authorization: Bearer wsk_live_… to /api/v1/bookings, /streams, /performance, /forecast, /billing, /hosts, /studios.
Placeholder Support email and phone arrive before launch. Until then, speak to your WhizzStreamer contact.
