Draft for legal review Last updated 24 September 2026. The operating company's legal name and address will be added before launch.
WhizzStreamer ("we", "us") provides software for planning, running and reporting on TikTok Shop LIVE broadcasts. These terms apply to everyone who uses the service through a workspace.
A workspace belongs to the agency or brand that created it. Its owners decide who can join and with what role, and are responsible for their members' use of the service. Everything in a workspace (hosts, studios, bookings, briefs, campaigns and billing) belongs to that workspace and is never shown to another.
To connect a shop, you add the login address we give your workspace as a user of your shop in TikTok Shop Seller Centre (User Management), with the Data Analyst and Affiliate Manager roles. You confirm you're entitled to do so. WhizzStreamer then signs in as that user to read your shop's LIVE analysis on your behalf. It only reads: it never changes your shop, products, orders, LIVEs or affiliate settings. You can remove that user in Seller Centre, or pause the shop in WhizzStreamer, at any time. If TikTok shows a security check, a person on your side or ours completes it; WhizzStreamer never tries to get round it.
Statements, reconciliation and forecasts are calculated from your rate cards, your bookings and the data TikTok provides. They help you invoice; they aren't invoices, and forecasts are estimates, not promises.
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms.
You can stop using the service at any time. On request we'll export and then delete your workspace's data, subject to any legal duty to keep records.
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
