Do I need to change how my hosts go live?

No. Hosts stream on TikTok exactly as they do today. WhizzStreamer reads the LIVE data from TikTok Shop and matches it to your bookings.

Which TikTok data can you see?

The LIVE analysis Seller Centre shows your team: per-LIVE GMV, duration, viewers, customers and conversion, for the shops you connect. You add our login address as a user of your shop (Data Analyst and Affiliate Manager roles) and we read those pages. We only read; WhizzStreamer never changes anything in your shop.

What if a brand's shop isn't connected?

You can still book, brief and bill for it. Anything that needs TikTok data shows 'not tracked' until the shop is connected. We never estimate numbers we can't see.

Can hosts see their schedule?

Yes. Each host gets a private calendar link and a brief page per LIVE, and can sign in to see their own bookings, availability and rate card.
